A Financial and Career Empowerment Conference

A crowd of more than 200 attended the YWCA’s 2nd Annual Women's Conference,
"Women, Money and Work,” on Saturday, October 29, 2011, at the Park Ridge Marriott Hotel.
The day-long empowerment conference was designed to give women the tools they need tomeet career and finance challenges, and to provide high school seniors and college students with the know-how to manage their money and to take charge of their financial futures.

Three of television’s most respected finance and business reporters headlined
this day-long financial and career empowerment conference. Morning keynote Bertha Coombs of CNBC addressed the issues and Bloomberg Television’s Margaret Collins and Monica Bertran teamed up to talk about living well with less during a lunchtime keynote discussion.
