While headquartered in Hackensack, New Jersey, the YWCA serves clients throughout Bergen County. We provide active and responsive programming that recognizes and serves the wide ranging needs of women, girls, families, seniors, individuals with special needs and survivors of all forms of sexual violence.

We offer a competitive benefits package. Employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for medical and dental insurance, life and long-term disability insurance, paid holidays, sick time, personal days and three weeks’ vacation (for the first five years). Employees who work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for prorated paid time off. Both are eligible for free membership to our state-of-the-art Bolger Fitness Center, 50 percent off the cost of child care and summer camps, as well as additional discounts on other YWCA programs.
