Laughter Yoga is a blend of yogic deep breathing, stretching, and laughter exercises that creates a sense of well-being. Laughter Yoga takes advantage of the fact that laughter, whether real or pretend, provides the same physiological and psychological benefits. Laughter creates a “happy chemistry” in our bodies while Yoga helps us integrate and harmonize. Together, they’re a powerful combination!
Lisa Jason is a classically trained singer, songwriter, and performer whose original work has earned rave reviews. Her one-woman shows—Bullied to Beautiful, Another Hundred People, and If Love Were All—have appeared on many notable New York City stages. Lisa has recorded three albums and performed with many legendary artists. Lisa is also a volunteer at YWCA Bergen County healingSPACE where she runs creative and expressive arts groups to support the healing process for survivors of sexual violence and their loved ones.
