Highlights of our January 20th grand re-opening celebration:

Executives from the YWCA and YMCA, as well as many of the largest donors to our renovation gathered to cut the ribbon and start the festivities. New Entry, Renovations, Safety and Security Upgrades Add approximately 6,000 Square Feet of space

• New lobby and orientation toward the North Parking Lot making the building more immediately accessible from the parking lot.
• Upgrade the reception, information and control desk areas.
• Additional program space on the 2nd floor.
• Additional basement storage.
• Retrofit first floor offices and lounge.
• Renovate Child Care Center.
• Add central locker/control desk for gymnasium and pool activities.
• Additional parking spaces in North Lot.

American with Disability Act (ADA) Upgrades

• Handicapped accessible elevator.
• Modifications on the 2nd floor and basement to accommodate wheelchairs.
• Other necessary improvements.

Heating, Ventilation (HVAC) and Electric

• Upgrade ceiling and other lighting throughout building.
• New HVAC system throughout building, adding much needed
• Air conditioning to programming space for summertime use.
• Upgrade air handling system in Grannon Pool.
