Exercising during and after pregnancy is a sure way to increase your fitness, strengthen your body and prepare you for the birth of your baby or gently get you back into shape after giving birth. Research has said it also helps with post recovery and helps to get you back on your feet quicker. You will be guided through 15 min. strength, 15 min. cardio and 15 min. flexibility training in each class led by a certified instructor. Infants 6 months or younger are welcomed and should be in an infant seat or stroller.
