Vinyasa Flow Yoga will help improve your flexibility and alignment while strengthening muscles.  This style of yoga will link the breath and movement through a sequence of Sun Salutations and postures while offering precise instruction and proper alignment principles. American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Course
ages 15 yrs. or older
November 29 - December 15
Students must be 15-years-old and be able to pass a swim test. Learn CPR, First Aid and lifeguard techniques. Course materials included.
