CIT Programs
The goal of our Counselor in Training (CIT) program is to help young adults learn valuable skills that they will use throughout their lives.
We offer 2 steps in our CIT Program:
Step 1: 13 & 14-year-olds. This program takes place at our day camps. The goal is to develop leadership in teens by helping them learn how to effectively lead groups of children in a camp setting.
STEP 2: 15 & 16-year-olds. Held at Camp Ma-Kee-Ya or our day camps, where CIT’s assist senior counselors, help run the camp store and lead special events.
