Counselor in Training Program
For Boys & Girls Ages 13 to16

The CIT program gives participants the opportunity to work under qualified counselors to begin to learn and understand the demands and responsibilities of a counselor's job. It is designed for those who are interested in learning about leadership, teamwork and working with pre-school and elementary-aged children.
CIT receive community service credits for all the hours worked.

Ages 13 to 16: Program offered onsite at Camps Y-Oak-A or Orinda.
Fee: $155 per week/plus registration fee ($40) and a Junior YWCA membership ($25)
Enrollment is limited.

Ages 15 & 16: Offered only at Camp Ma-Kee-Ya.
Fee: $155 per week/plus registration fee ($40) and a Junior YWCA membership ($25)
