new! morning mile plus fast firming (multi-level) Introducing a new and unique way to take a walk – indoors!  The upbeat, positive music and uncomplicated movements will have you walking a 1 mile walk in 15 minutes.  A thorough resistance program using a variety of equipment follows the mile in order to boost bone heath and metabolism.

powerworks (multi-level) A weight-bearing program designed to build muscle strength, endurance and flexibility from head to toe!

new! walk fit with a twist (multi-level)  A follow-up to our very popular indoor walking program, “walk-fit with a twist” maintains its simple yet effective approach to walking. However, each class has its unique “twist,” or distinct walking theme, to maximize motivation and to vary the challenges to the body.  Whether it is walking with strength training, walking with jogging, walking with kickboxing, or walking with yoga, you will be walking with a twist!

new! walk-fit circuit express (multi-level) (multi-level)  Based on our very popular indoor walking class, “walk-fit circuit express”  keeps the choreography simple and varied while taking things up a notch!  The speed, distance, and muscle activity of the class are potent, as brisk 12-minute miles are alternated with intervals of upper and lower body resistance training. This is not your usual “stroll” around the block. This is a powerwalk that will boost your health and fitness!

go for it! (inter.-adv.) Gain strength, energy, stamina and efficient fitness with 30 minutes of aerobics cross-trained with 30 minutes of strength training. If you want to look better and feel better, let’s go for it!

new! take 10 total body training (multi-level) Why not take 10 for your health and fitness? Five different 10 minute segments will get you there: cardio, lower body, upper body, abs, and stretch.  Each cycle features a well-cued series of varied exercises. The easy-to-follow aerobics gets your body moving. The toning segments are taught in two-part progressions.  You’ll perform the sequence once at its basic level and then repeat it at an optional higher intensity. The final segment offers you a relaxing, well-deserved stretch.

zumba® cardio and flat abs (multi-level) Zumba® cardio and flat abs combines motivating music with high energy Latin moves that are easy and exciting to learn. The routines feature aerobic intervals of fast and slow rhythms designed to burn fat and calories, tone and sculpt the body, and deliver incredible results!
