beginner - advanced
Burn up to 500 calories with 30-40 minutes of water aerobics and 15-20 minutes of aquatoning to increase strength and muscle tone, improve circulation and flexibility.

Classic water aerobics combined with water sculpting exercises to build stamina, strength, and
