aqua combo - beginner - advanced
Burn up to 500 calories with 30-40 minutes of water aerobics and 15-20 minutes of aquatoning to increase strength and muscle tone, improve circulation and flexibility.

saturday aqua challenge
Burn 400-800 calories with non and low-impact cardiovascular cross training including shallow water aerobics, deep water running and aquatic strength training exercises.

aquatone! - beginner - advanced
Classic water aerobics combined with water sculpting exercises to build stamina, strength, and endurance
Fri. 9:00 - 9:30 am
