Providing health and fitness programs in a friendly, supportive environment is one way our YWCA empowers women, girls, seniors, and families to change their health habits for the better. From Body Shop fitness classes to U.S.J.A. Judo, group spinning classes to cardio and strength training, aquafitness to arthritis therapy, our YWCA is sure to have a program to suit your needs. And we also offer adapted recreational
and swimming programs for mentally and physically challenged children and adults.

adult fitness
Our Body Shop offers an array of land and water fitness classes; cardio and strength training equipment, lap swimming, and personal training are available in the Bolger Fitness Center; and aquatherapy and arthritis classes provide rehabilitation for people of all ages living with physical challenges.

youth & teen fitness
Our fitness programs help kids, teens and young adults develop skills and build confidence in an exciting and enriching environment. Classes range from ballet and judo to sport & conditioning classes and group spinning.

adapted programs
The YWCA’s adapted recreation programs empower those with mental and physical challenges to build their self confidence as well as their fitness levels. We offer individuals ages six months to adult with the opportunity to participate in swimming, bowling and sports programs that are specially designed to enhance motor skills in a supportive and social environment.
