safe and fit – (multi-level)
An exhilarating workout that includes heart-healthy aerobics, strength training, balance and flexibility training. All exercises are designed for active seniors and beginning and/or rehabilitating exercisers.

morning mile plus fast firming - (multi-level)
Introducing a new and unique way to take a walk – indoors! The upbeat, positive music and uncomplicated movements will have you walking a 1 mile walk in 15 minutes. A thorough resistance program using a variety of equipment follows the mile in order to boost bone heath and metabolism

walk with a twist - (multi-level)
This class builds on our basic indoor walking program, adding a unique “twist” or distinct walking theme to maximize motivation and vary the challenges to the body. Whether it is walking with strength training, walking with jogging, walking with kickboxing, or walking with yoga, you will be walking with a twist!

body insight - (multi-level)
Injury prevention through exercise and education is the goal of this class! Strength specific exercises, new movement training techniques, and therapeutic stretches are practiced to manage or prevent knee pain, foot pain, back pain, shoulder and arm pain, and overuse injuries.
Fri. 8:45 - 9:30 am
powerworks - (multi-level)
A weight-bearing program designed to build muscle strength, endurance and flexibility from head to toe!
Tues./Thurs. 8:45 - 9:30 am
aqua combo - (beginner - advanced)
Burn up to 500 calories with 30 to 40 minutes of water aerobics and 15 to 20 minutes of aquatoning. Increase muscle tone, circulation and flexibility.

Tues./Thurs. 7:30 - 8:30 pm
