baby buggy workout
Join other moms and their babies outdoors to burn calories and increase
muscle tone. Moms enjoy a workout while baby watches from the stroller.
Class will resume Spring 2008.
just the two of us
Class combines infant massage with low-impact fitness for Mom. Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers and bring a blanket and/or infant seat for baby while you exercise.

prenatal aquacize
Exercise in the safe and refreshing environment of water with 20-30 minutes of non/low impact cardio cross training and 15-20 minutes of toning. Swimming ability not req'd. Bring doctor's note to first class.

Pregnancy modified pilates
includes ab strengtheners and traditional toning with weights.
