aqua combo (beginner - advanced)
Burn up to 500 calories with 30 to 40 minutes of water aerobics and 15 to 20 minutes of aquatoning. Increase muscle tone, circulation and flexibility.

saturday aqua challenge
Burn calories with non- and low-impact cardiovascular cross-training, shallow water aerobics, deep water running and aquatic strength training exercises.
