safe and strong - (multi-level)
A strength building workout for active seniors, beginning and/or rehabilitating exercisers designed to improve joint health, muscle condition, balance, stability and mobility.
Sat. 10:35 - 11:30 am


safe and fit – (multi-level)
An exhilarating workout that includes heart-healthy aerobics, strength training, balance and flexibility training. All exercises are designed for active seniors and beginning and/or rehabilitating exercisers.
Tues./Thurs. 10:35 - 11:30 am



a firm commitment – (multi-level)
A thorough resistance training program using free weights, bodybars and tubing in order to boost bone health and metabolism.
Mon./Wed. 8:45 - 9:30 am


well-rounded strength
– (multi-level)
Strength training with physio-balls, medicine balls and resistance tubing is the perfect complement to traditional resistance training with weights. Come join us for a more “well-rounded” training program!

powerworks
A weight-bearing program designed to build muscle strength, endurance and flexibility from head to toe!
 Tues./Thurs.   8:45  - 9:30 am



aqua combo (beginner - advanced)
Burn up to 500 calories with 30 to 40 minutes of water aerobics and 15 to 20 minutes of aquatoning. Increase muscle tone, circulation and flexibility.
Mon./Wed./Fri. 9:00 - 10:00 am
Tues./Thurs. 7:30 - 8:30 pm



saturday aqua challenge
Burn calories with non- and low-impact cardiovascular cross-training, shallow water aerobics, deep water running and aquatic strength training exercises.
Sat. 9:00 - 10:00 am
