All classes listed below are available for online registration.
chicken of the sea
Adults can finally learn to overcome their fear of the water with instructors specifically trained to help adults of all ages learn and feel comfortable in the water for the first time.
Thurs. 8:30 - 9:15 pm
level 1 - shallow water basics
First-time swimmers who are comfortable in the water and with submerging learn breath control, floating techniques and arm strokes.
Mon. 10:00 - 10:45 am
Tues. 7:30 - 8:15 pm
level 2 - swim progression
Learn breathing techniques and coordinating the front crawl and back stroke. Class begins in shallow waters and progresses to the deep end.
Mon. 10:00 - 10:45 am
Tues. 8:15 - 9:00 pm
level 3 - deep water basics
Continue the front crawl while building endurance and learning the breast, back crawl and
other advanced strokes. An ideal class for lap swimmers looking to polish their strokes.
Tues. 9:00 - 9:30 pm
