youth

level 1 - ages 6 to 12 yrs.
First timers or children who fear the water build confidence learning the fundamentals of swimming, kicking and floating.

Those who can already swim 10 yards on their front and back learn stroke coordination, breathing, deep water skills and safety.

Swimmers coordinate the front and back crawl, elementary backstroke, safety and deep water skills for 25 yards.

Learn the breast stroke and advanced safety skills while improving lap endurance and stamina.

level 6 - ages 8 to 15 yrs.
Learn the approach stroke, butterfly, surface dives and advanced safety skills while polishing lap skills with efficiency and power.

youth/preteen

level 1 - ages 11 to 14 yrs.
Those who can already swim 10 yards on their front and back learn arm strokes and breathing skills while coordinating front and back strokes.

level 2 - ages 11 to 14 yrs.
First time swimmers or those uncomfortable in the water build confidence while learning the fundamentals of swimming, water adjustment, kicking and floating.
Sat. 3:30 - 4:00 pm

level 3 - ages 11 to 14 yrs.
Those able to swim full pool lengths learn the back and breast strokes, improve lap swimming, increase endurance and stamina.
Sat. 3:00 - 3:30 pm

junior swim clinic - ages 8 to 16 yrs.
Advanced swimmers learn the butterfly stroke, swimming starts, turns and other competitive skills. Participants must have completed Level 6.

youth synchronized swimming
Learn synchronized swim skills, rhythm, underwater skills and figures. taught by Aquacon synchronized master swimmers.
Fri. 6:30 - 7:30 pm

private lessons - ages 4 yrs. to adult
One -on-one instruction for adults and children ages four years and older.

lifeguard training conditioning course - ages 14 yrs. or older
Develop stroke refinement, strength, stamina and the skills necessary to make rescues. great preparation for American Red Cross LifeguardTraining Course.
Tues. 4:30 - 5:30 pm

american red cross lifeguard training course - ages 15 yrs. or older 
Students must be 15-years-old an be able to pass a swim test. Learn CPR, First Aid and lifeguard techniques.
Course materials included.
