| 1. | All new clients must make an appointment for an interview with the Health and Therapeutics Department prior to enrollment. Please call for a free trial class. |
| 2. | Physician’s approval required on YWCA medical forms. Call for these forms. |
| 3. | Credits/discounts will be given only for extended illness with doctor’s note; or special circumstances discussed with the director. |
| 4. | All participants who utilize the hydraulic lift to enter/exit the pool must be accompanied by an aide and/or spouse to transfer. |
| 5. | The YWCA is not responsible for pool evacuations. You may schedule a make-up for any missed classes. |
aquatherapy
Water movement for adults with orthopedic and/or neurological conditions includes exercises for range of motion, strengthening and flexibility. Taught by Adapted Aquatics Specialists.

arthritis class
Gentle exercises to increase range of motion, relieve joint stress and relax muscles. Taught by instructors specifically trained to assist arthritic individuals.
